What happens at E2?
When does registration open for E2?
Is E2 required?
E2 is an essential part of your journey with the Fulton Schools. The E2 experience also serves as background for your ASU 101 course. The Deans expect all first-year students— that’s you! — to attend E2. Our unique introduction to college helps you be successful in your first year at ASU.
How much does E2 cost?
E2 will be of no cost for students to attend, and yes, you still get your t-shirt!
How will E2 be held, what format will the sessions be in?
E2 will be held online over Zoom. As an ASU student you have a free Zoom account. You will sign up for two sessions to attend where you will go into smaller breakout rooms and have the opportunity to connect with other first-time Fulton students, upperclassmen, faculty, staff, alumni, and industry professionals.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail when I register?
Yes, once your registration is completed you will receive a confirmation from Aventri. You will also receive a reminder email a week before sessions start.
If I am not yet 18, will I need to have my parents sign a release form?
No. Students registered for courses in the Fall that are under 18 will not need a release form.
I have a disability or would like to discuss another concern, what are my options?
Any disability can be accommodated for. Please email email@example.com or call the E2 hotline at 480-536-2005, and we will discuss your options with you.
Will I still be able to move in early now that E2 is in a virtual format?
Early move-in will no longer be available to the out of state students as E2 will be occurring virtual and at earlier dates. We encourage you to work with your airline to explore changes to tickets. For special requests if accommodations or changes cannot be made, please contact Daniel Ramirez-Escobedo.

What do I need to have in order to login to the virtual E2 camp? (Computer/technology)
For virtual E2 Camp you will need a working computer, internet connection, and a camera with a microphone. Preferred browser is Chrome. If this technology is not available to you, please refer to ASU’s Novel Coronavirus: FAQ for more information on how to check out equipment.
How long will this camp be?
Camp will be offered multiple times to accommodate for the different time zones that our students are in. Camp consists of two different sessions, with multiple options to choose from which session works best for you.
Can I switch my camp sessions after signing up?
You are able to switch your camp sessions after signing up through modifying your registration in Aventri. E2 is first-come, first-serve and switching sessions is limited based on space.
What will I receive in the mail before camp starts?
Before camp starts, you will receive a package that contains a T-shirt and other fun Fulton swag! Per U.S. postal guidelines we are unable to ship students E2 box out of the country. We will hold your E2 box and you can pick up from our office when you arrive on campus.

Why should I attend E2?
The Dean’s expect that all students attend E2. It is a great way to get connected with other peers and meet faculty, staff, and industry professionals.
