Packing checklist

Check-in information

Tempe campus – for all camps excluding camp 14

Check-in at Tempe is from 7:15 a.m.–7:45 a.m. on the third floor of College Avenue Commons.

Parents/families wishing to park their car for E2 check-in can use the Fulton Center Parking Garage (for a fee). Overnight parking is not available to those without a campus parking pass so please plan on being dropped off at campus or taking public transportation.

Directions to College Avenue Commons.

Tempe campus – for camp 14 only

Check-in at Tempe is from 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. on the third floor of College Avenue Commons. After finishing check in at Tempe, the buses will travel to the West Valley campus.

West Valley campus – for camp 14 only

Check-in at West Valley Campus is from 7:45am- 8:15am in the Verde Dining Pavilion- Multipurpose Room.

Parents/families wishing to park their car for E2 check-in can use the Lot 11 North Zone (for a fee). Overnight parking is not available to those without a campus parking pass so please plan on being dropped off at campus or taking public transportation.

Entrance to the Multipurpose Room is accessible by walking between the Herberger Young Scholars Academy and the Verde Dining Pavilion and coming to the front of the building. (Do not drop off or park in the University Center loading zone, use Lot 11, North Zone to park)

Directions to: Verde Dining Pavilion .

Polytechnic campus – available for only camps 13, 14, and 15.

Check-in is from 6:45 a.m.–7:30 a.m. on the Polytechnic campus at Century Hall. Overnight parking is not available. Parking is available in lot 8.

Pick-up information

Students will return to their same pick up location around 2:00 p.m. on the third date of the camp.

Things to know

Please leave all electronic devices at home. Most people have a cell phone, and they are expected to be left in your cabin during E2 activities. The Fulton Schools is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Arizona State University and E2 Camp are tobacco-free (including e-cigarettes) and the ASU Student Code of Conduct applies while you are at E2 Camp.
